About Me

My name is Ken. I am a certified, faith-based life coach and ordained minister, bringing a Biblical perspective to life coaching.

I grew up in a Christian home, my dad being the head pastor of a growing church. I am thankful for growing up in a strong Christian household with caring, loving parents. But in spite of that, I still found myself struggling with who I am and whether I was “good enough” to deserve success and fulfillment. To be honest, there are times I still struggle with doubts.

However, in high school, I found myself to be the “go to” guy for my friends when they needed encouragement, edification, advice, or just a listening ear. Not to my surprise, I have always scored high in the encouragement/edification categories in every spiritual gifting test I’ve ever taken.

As an adult, there have been a number of times I’ve questioned what would happen if the people I work with or have had the pleasure to perform music with, ever found out that I wasn’t as good or knowledgeable as it might appear. That’s when I learned about Imposter Syndrome and began studying the five types, and how to address and overcome them. Which brings us to this. My mission is to encourage Christian men, helping them understand who they are in Christ, identify possible areas of Imposter Syndrome, and help address and overcome those lies so they can live the abundant life God intended and to fulfill their God-given purpose and calling.
